The new premium Pick it MM 5 cartridge is manufactured by the phono cartridge experts at Ortofon and carefully voiced by the design team at Pro-Ject Audio Systems.
It is equipped with a nude elliptical stylus tip. This results in a highly detailed sound reproduction. The Pick it MM 5 reveals all micro details of a record which are hidden with a lower quality cartridge. The instruments can be located very clearly and vocals are separated from the stereo image creating a big sound stage.
The cartridge is made from a unique combination of technologies. One of which is Ortofon‘s well known split pole pins. This enables it to have a flat frequency response, which is comparable to MC cartridges.
